Four lines is enough to quote a job accurately and hold a date.
The date
The day of the event, or the week you want to shoot. Grad season fills first — booking before spring quarter also takes 10% off the portrait rate.
The job
Flyer, logo, grad portraits, event coverage, team shoot. If it is photo and video both, say so — the bundled rate is cheaper than booking them separately.
The headcount
How many people are in front of the camera. Group portrait rates drop per person as the group grows, so this is what moves the number most.
The look
References, a mood, a location you already like, or nothing at all. Coming in with no direction is fine — that part can be built together.
